Paid Media - Black Friday Campaign

That was the first time Havan had worked using an influencer as the face of the brand in their marketing campaigns. Before this moment, all the influencer marketing campaigns were related only to social media. Plus, the Black Friday campaign had media offline and online all over Brazil.

  • Goal: The main goal was to promote the brand's name as the best place to find good deals during Black Friday.

  • Budget: 500.000 BRL (or 1M SEK)

  • My role and responsibilities:

    • Advertising planning and schedules for Instagram and Facebook.

    • Handle ads strategy on Meta Business.

    • Build custom audiences based on brand personas.

    • Monitoring the ads during the Black Friday campaign.

    • Measure the KPIs.

Stand-Up
Comedy Show

Whindersson Nunes, sponsored by Havan, performed his stand-up comedy show "Eita, Casei" free of charge in Brusque for a crowd of 4,500 people who received tickets for the event.

My role and responsibilities:

  • I worked on social media and paid media to promote the event on the internet. On the day of the Stand-Up Comedy Show, I created the content for Havan’s Instagram and Facebook.

  • I helped as staff on the day of the event.

Making Off

This making of video shows a bit more about how it was the first visit Whindersson Nunes to Havan’s office and store in Brusque.

  • The first stop was at Havan's office, where he received a warm welcome from all the employees. Then, he headed straight to the Havan's studios and the store to record videos for the brand's social media.

  • After that, the marketing team scheduled a PR moment for press interviews. It was the first time that Brusque received a visit from him in the city. So he had the opportunity to talk a bit more about his partnership with the brand.

  • By the end of the day, he had a great time and enjoyed his time meeting around one thousand fans at Havan's store. It was a unique and so extraordinary moment! There were people who traveled more than 4 hours to be at Havan’s store and have the opportunity to meet Whindersson.

Learnings

This project was a game-changer for me, as it pushed me out of my comfort zone and provided me with an opportunity to work with Brazil's most followed influencer.

It helped me to develop my negotiating skills and gave me a better understanding of the industry. All in all, I am proud to have been part of this project. 😊  It was an incredibly valuable learning experience, and as a professional who loves to take on new challenges and explore the creative side of things, I'm excited to continue pushing boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
